Are you a qualified Mechanical Engineer seeking a stable, static role in a prime Central London location?

We have an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site team at a modern, corporate office building. You will be responsible for ensuring all mechanical plant and systems are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and comfortable environment for all building occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of mechanical systems.

• Service and repair mechanical assets including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), pumps, motors, valves, and pipework.

• Perform basic plumbing tasks, including attending to leaks, blockages, and repairs to sanitary ware.

• Conduct regular plant room checks, ensuring all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.

• Diagnose and rectify faults in a timely and effective manner to minimise disruption to building services.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work completed via the site''s CAFM system.

• Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team to ensure a seamless maintenance service.

• Uphold the highest standards of health and safety compliance at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be a fully qualified Mechanical Engineer (e.g., City & Guilds Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing & Heating, or equivalent).

• Proven experience working as a Maintenance Engineer within a commercial or corporate office environment is essential.
