We are looking for a Repairs and Voids Supervisor in London to join a social housing contractor. You will be supervising a team of trades working on a reactive repairs and planned contracts on social housing. The Repairs/Planned Supervisor will receive 24 per hr, company vehicle/ car allowance, phone, uniform on a temporary to permanent basis. Day to day the Repairs Supervisor will be required to:Oversee a team of 5 operatives delivering repairs and voids to a housing association in North West London (Mainly in the Maida Vale area)Ensure work is completed to a high standard within time framesMonitor health and safety standardsLiaise between operatives, clients and contracts managersManage schedule of works on properties In return the Repairs and Voids Supervisor will receive: 24 per hour Company vehicleTemp to perm: 40,000- 45,000 dependant on experienceWe are looking to speak to Repairs and Voids Supervisors that have experience in social housing, great customer service skills and trades knowledge.
