Chef de Partie / Hospital Chef Elland Full Time Permanent 37.5 hours per week Spire Elland has a great opportunity for a Chef to come and join there busy catering department As Chef, you''ll play a key role in delivering a first-class dining experience for our patients, staff and visitors. You''ll prepare and present nutritious, high-quality meals whilst maintaining the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and customer service. Working closely with the Head Chef and wider hospitality team, you''ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchen and deputise when required.Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to): - Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality meals for patients, staff and visitors- Supporting the delivery of specialist dietary requirements and nutritional needs- Maintaining excellent standards of food presentation and service- Ensuring compliance with food safety, HACCP and health and safety procedures- Assisting with stock control, deliveries and kitchen administration- Supporting catering for meetings and special events- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the hospitalWho are we looking for?
