In this role, you will play a crucial part in the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of various outdoor spaces. You will undertake various landscaping projects. The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice. Key ResponsibilitiesExcavation and Groundwork: Digging trenches for foundations, excavating, and preparing sites for asphalt or other surfacing.Drainage Installation: Laying drainage pipes, manhole covers and performing shallow or deep drainage works.Concrete Works: Preparing and pouring concrete for foundations, floors, and other structures, as well as laying kerbs and block paving.Machinery Operation: Operating plant and machinery, including excavators, dumper trucks, and hand tools like drills and pumps.Site Preparation: Marking out sites, setting up barriers, and installing temporary fencing.Material Handling: Lifting, carrying, and setting out materials like timber edgings, blocks, and other supplies.Safety Compliance: Adhering to all health and safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
