This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their family law career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle a broad range of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, private children applications, cohabitation disputes, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and emergency injunctions.Provide support to senior solicitors on complex and high-value cases.Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and high-quality service.Take an active role in business development and networking to raise both your personal profile and that of the firm.Draft legal documents, correspondence, and prepare cases for hearings and negotiations.Where appropriate, represent clients in court and handle advocacy.Ensure all matters are progressed efficiently and in line with compliance procedures.About You:Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (NQ-3 years PQE ideally).Exposure to a wide range of private family law matters.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing deadlines.Keen to grow professionally and contribute to the wider success of the firm.Advocacy experience and the ability to manage your own caseload are desirable but not essential.
