We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join an engineering team in Leicester. You will be responsible for electrical design across automation projects, working closely with mechanical and software engineers to develop reliable and effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical schematics and control systems using EPLAN.

Produce electrical designs and safety circuits for automated machinery.

Work closely with mechanical and software engineering teams throughout projects.

Produce and maintain accurate electrical design documentation.

Provide technical support throughout the design and development process.
Experience Required

Proven electrical design experience using EPLAN.

Previous experience within industrial automation or automated machinery.

Good understanding of electrical control systems and safety circuits.

PLC programming knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.
