French-Speaking Customer Service Administrator 

Location: Egham

Hourly Rate: £13.75 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a confident and highly organised French-Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join a fast-paced and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a similar customer service or administrative background who enjoys delivering exceptional service and supporting international clients within a professional environment.

You will play a key role in providing high-quality support to European agencies, using both French and English to communicate effectively and ensure an excellent customer experience.

What you''ll be doing as the French Speaking Customer Service Administrator:

• Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining customer records and data
• Providing professional customer support to European clients in both French and English
• Handling customer queries efficiently and ensuring a high standard of service
• Investigating court summons and supporting cost reduction processes
• Using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to support daily operations
• Working independently to meet productivity targets and deadlines
• Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team where required

What we''re looking for:

• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Able to speak and translate German is desired
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
• A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
