About the Role:
- Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that address diverse learning needs
- Modify teaching approaches to improve accessibility and student engagement
- Establish a positive, well-organised classroom environment that promotes student success
- Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support teams, and families to support student progress
- Encourage student confidence and independence through innovative and creative teaching techniques
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
- Effective classroom management and strong communication abilities
- Proactive, flexible, and responsive teaching approach
- Dedicated to delivering impactful and meaningful learning experiences
- Highly organised with a strong commitment to student growth and development
