About the Role:

• Plan and deliver engaging, tailored lessons that address diverse learning needs
• Modify teaching approaches to improve accessibility and student engagement
• Establish a positive, well-organised classroom environment that promotes student success
• Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support teams, and families to support student progress
• Encourage student confidence and independence through innovative and creative teaching techniques

The ideal candidate will:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience supporting students with SEND
• Effective classroom management and strong communication abilities
• Proactive, flexible, and responsive teaching approach
• Dedicated to delivering impactful and meaningful learning experiences
• Highly organised with a strong commitment to student growth and development
