Our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Registered CQC Manager to set up and manage a brand new Children’s Home, working with children with special needs.
The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Complete set up of the operations
- Create a nurturing environment for children & develop care plans for children
- Lead and manage a team of care staff
- Manage budgets and administrative functions
- Monitor the quality and care
- Prepare the service for Ofsted registration
Requirements:
- Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care & Young People’s Services & CQC Registered
- Knowledge of Ofsted Regulations & Children’s Home regulations
- Previous experience with children with Autism & Complex needs
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, child protection and positive behaviour support
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of compassion and empathy & a passion for working with children
- Full UK driving license preferred
- Full DBS checks
