Support Worker

Location: Bracknell, Berkshire
Hours: 4 hours per week – Saturdays, Sundays, or a combination
Typical hours: 10am–2pm or 11am–3pm
Rate: £13.50 per hour

Careline The Agency for Care Staff is looking for an experienced and reliable Support Worker to support a 16-year-old young man with autism, anxiety and severe learning disabilities.

The role will involve providing 1:1 support within the community, helping him to enjoy meaningful activities and build confidence outside of the home. This may include accompanying him on walks, visiting local community facilities and taking part in suitable activities based on his interests and needs.

The successful candidate will be patient, calm and understanding, with the ability to provide consistent support and reassurance. Previous experience supporting young people with autism, anxiety and/or learning disabilities would be highly desirable.

• Must be a driver with access to a suitable vehicle
