Please note, Subcontractor experience is required Benefits: Free onsite gymFree parking on at head officeDiscretionary bonus scheme payable twice annualPension contributionOpportunity to purchase additional annual leaveDuties and Responsibilities:Assist in the overall daily management of the subcontractors email inboxDeal with supplier issues and complex queries Manage own key Subcontractor Supplier''s while having attention to detail making sure the applications are reconciled correctly against the purchase order while applying the correct rate of CISApproval of invoices/applications Support in the preparation of weekly BACS payment runs for review and ad hoc faster payments to ensure subcontractor suppliers are paid Responsibility for all remittances and CIS statements have been issuedStatement reconciliation and missing invoices requestedPerson Specification:Strong Finance Assistant / Accounts Assistant experience Previous experience SAGE 200 (desirable)Construction / CIS experience (desirable)Strong computer skills including MS Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)Good interpersonal skillsThis is a full time, office-based position (LS25) on a permanent basis.
