Responsibilities include performing PPM and reactive maintenance to ensure systems are operational, compliant, and safe.Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical and/or mechanical maintenance tasks across a range of commercial buildings.Complete PPMs and respond to reactive callouts in a timely and professional manner.Inspect and maintain plant equipment including AHUs, pumps, lighting systems, and control panels.Maintain accurate job records using a PDA system.Ensure all works comply with health and safety regulations.Provide excellent service while representing the business across all client sites.Candidate Requirements

NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (or equivalent).18th Edition preferred.Experience in a multi-site FM or mobile engineering role.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Very client facingWhat’s on Offer
