The company is known for its professional service delivery, strong technical standards and commitment to maintaining safe, efficient and compliant building environments.Your new roleAs a Day Shift Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a wide range of mechanical, electrical and building services systems. Working on a rotating shift pattern of 06:00-14:00 and 10:00-18:00, along with one Saturday per month, you will diagnose and repair faults, complete testing and inspection tasks, and support the upkeep of HVAC, electrical distribution, plant equipment, water hygiene systems and fabric repairs.Your responsibilities will include: Fault finding and rectification across MandE and HVAC systemsCarrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance tasksSmall installations, replacements and project workWorking with motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, pressurisation systems and BMS (Trend 963)Supporting compliance, maintaining logbooks and completing documentationLiaising with site users and supervising contractorsResponding to site emergencies and participating in the call-out rotaEnsuring materials, tools and stock are effectively managedThis is a hands-on, varied role that requires strong technical ability and a proactive approach.
