Responsibilities: Lead and maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, and NADCAPConduct internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with customer and regulatory requirementsManage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), driving meaningful process improvementsAct as the key contact for customer, regulatory, and certification auditsSupport new product introductions, ensuring quality is built into processes from the startLead continuous improvement initiatives, making operations more efficient and sustainableRequirements:Strong background in Quality Engineering within a complex, AS9100 Rev D manufacturing environmentExperience implementing and maintaining quality systems in regulated industries (aerospace/automotive preferred)Hands-on knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PSW, FAIR, ISIR, SPC, and Control PlansUnderstanding of engineering drawings, GDandT, and technical specificationsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive mindsetStrong communication and collaboration skills to work across departmentsAbility to ..... full job details .....
