Emanuel School is seeking an experienced and professional PA to provide high-level support to our Operations Director. This is a busy and rewarding position at the centre of school life, requiring excellent organisation, discretion and the confidence to manage multiple priorities with ease.The Operations Director has wide-ranging responsibilities, from overseeing the school’s estate and health and safety to managing commercial activities and major projects. As their PA, you will play a vital part in ensuring these areas run smoothly. You will manage a demanding diary, prepare agendas and minutes for key committees, draft correspondence, and act as a first point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders. You will also provide support to the Business and Lettings Manager and take a lead in line managing our Receptionist and Resources Officer.About You

We are looking for a highly capable PA with proven experience of supporting at a senior level. You will be confident handling sensitive information, skilled at managing competing demands and able to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure.Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and advanced IT proficiency (particularly Microsoft Office and SharePoint) are all essential.
