This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially minded tax professional to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio and play a key role in the continued growth of the firm''s corporate tax offering.You will be responsible for delivering a full range of corporate tax compliance and advisory services, while also supporting the development of junior team members and contributing to the wider success of the tax department.Your key responsibilities as the Corporate Tax Manager:Manage and review corporation tax returns and computations across a varied client portfolio, including SMEs and larger corporate groups.Ensure all compliance work is completed accurately and within deadlines.Liaise with clients and HMRC on queries, disclosures, and technical matters.Maintain robust client records and ensure all filing deadlines are effectively monitored.Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters including capital allowances, group relief, loss utilisation, RandD reliefs, and restructuring.Support clients with transactions, due diligence, and wider tax planning projects.Identify proactive tax planning opportunities to add value to clients.Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and client ..... full job details .....
