A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join our independent client based in Bow, East London E3 At least 1 years Sales experience is a necessity , along with charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality which are the main requirements needed for this vibrant and forward thinking company.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: Canvassing activities to generate new business Coordinating and carrying out property viewings Learn how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers and tenants Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and property lawyers Learn how to guide buyers and vendors through the sales and lettings process from offer to legal completion Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis Following all legislation Carrying out market appraisals Achieving a reasonable sales and conversion rate Carrying out some sales progression Hours: Monday 9.00am to 6.00pm. Tuesday to Thursday 9.00am - 7.00pm and 9.00am to 5.00pm on a Friday.
