This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants to build strong generalist experience and gain exposure to a wide range of HR activities in a supportive environment.You''ll play a key role in recruitment administration, onboarding, HR operations, payroll input, reporting and wellbeing initiatives, while also supporting projects and continuous improvement as the HR function evolves.HR Administrator Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and OnboardingManage the Applicant Tracking System and coordinate recruitment administrationArrange interviews and liaise with hiring managersComplete pre-employment checks (Right to Work, references, DBS, visas/sponsorship)Prepare offer letters, contracts and onboarding documentationCoordinate IT and equipment requests for new startersSupport inductions and ensure legal and internal complianceHR Operations and Employee LifecycleAct as the first point of contact for routine HR queriesMaintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS (Cascade)Support absence management reporting and return-to-work documentationMaintain HR files in line with GDPR requirementsSupport offboarding processes and leaver administrationPayroll and ReportingProvide accurate monthly payroll ..... full job details .....
