Creative Operations ManagerHybrid - BracknellInside IR353 - 6 month contractOur client, one of the UK''s top retailers, are looking for a Creative Operations Manager to join them on a contract basis.Primary Outcomes andamp; AccountabilitiesManage and align incoming briefs (planned and ad-hoc) to strategic brand objectives and plan.Distill all briefs for Creative and Content, ensuring all activities are watertight before briefing the partner agency.Act as the day-to-day interface with the partner agency''s client services team, problem-solving and championing change.Leverage insight, data reporting, and KPI measurement to inform decision-making.Manage the content operations budget and Pandamp;L, including planning, forecasting, and period-end reporting.Manage internal stakeholders and champion new processes and ways of working.Act as the gatekeeper and provide production oversight for creative briefs alongside the partner agency.
