This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a high-impact Projects and Programmes Team that operates across the Directorate.About the RoleThe Projects and Programmes Team provides a cross-cutting function, supporting the mobilisation, delivery, and governance of a wide portfolio of employment, skills, and community programmes.As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of priority initiatives by providing robust project coordination, governance, and financial oversight across multiple programmes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and delivery of priority projectsEstablish and maintain project management tools and documentation, including project plans, timelines, and critical pathsProduce regular progress reports and performance updates for senior stakeholders and programme boardsDevelop and manage risk and issue registers, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalationAssist with procurement, legal, and commissioning processes, liaising with internal teams and external providersContribute to communications and stakeholder engagement, including drafting reports, web content, and event materialsWhat We''re Looking ForProven experience in project management within the public sector or ..... full job details .....
