This position is responsible for shaping and driving a comprehensive global LandD strategy, ensuring high-impact learning experiences across multiple regions. The role involves leading a small team, implementing innovative learning solutions, and collaborating with senior business leaders to foster a culture of continuous development. This is a fixed-term maternity cover contract running from May 2025 to May 2026. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a small, dedicated LandD team to deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences. Develop and execute a global LandD strategy, ensuring consistency while adapting to different markets and cultural nuances. Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimisation of a Learning Management System (LMS) to support a diverse global workforce.
