A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Site Manager, to commence a new-role in Bristol.

This opportunity is in relation to a well known, prestigious mixed use development, consisting of Residential, Commercial Build, Educational, Retail, Leisure and Infrastructure elements. However, this role in particular would be based across a Modular scheme where the below aspects are currently underway:-

• Groundwork''s (drainage / ducting / water / electric etc)-
• Modular Units-
• Car Park (associated landscaping)-

Therefore, the ideal individual will have good experience in Groundwork''s / Civils and Fit Out.-
