CDM Advisor / Principal Designer - 3 months + contract - £(Apply online only)/day - Consultancy HybridWith an excellent pipeline of secured work across London, an established risk management consultancy is looking to appoint a CDM Advisor / Principal Designer to join its team on an inital 3 month contract with possibility to extend.This is a client facing role offering genuine ownership of projects, hybrid flexibility and long-term stability within a structured consultancy environment. the role is a hybrid split with 2 days from their London Office and 3 days workign from home and is to pay £(Apply online only)/day.The Role Act as Principal Designer under CDM 2015Provide Client CDM Advisory services across multiple projectsLead design risk reviews and challenge where necessaryReview and comment on design information to eliminate or reduce foreseeable risksPrepare and manage F10 notifications and Pre-Construction InformationReview CPPs, RAMS and contractor documentationCoordinate and oversee Health and Safety FilesUndertake site inspections across London when requiredManage your own portfolio of projects and client relationshipsProjects are varied and include Commercial, Industrial, Residential, New Build and private developments.
