This role will support the day-to-day finance function, covering both accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, as well as general accounting support. It is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain or broaden their experience within a supportive finance team.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices, ensuring accurate matching, coding, and postingAssist with accounts payable and payment runsRaise sales invoices and credit notesAllocate customer receipts and maintain the sales ledgerPerform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepanciesReconcile supplier and customer accountsSupport month-end close activities, including accruals and reportingMaintain accurate financial records and filingLiaise with internal departments and external suppliers/customers to resolve queriesProvide general finance and administrative support as requiredKey Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience in an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable roleStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracyGood organisational and time-management skillsConfident communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (ERP experience ..... full job details .....
