Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer on behalf of our well-established client based in the Frankley area of Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving business within the signage manufacturing industry, working on bespoke internal and external signage projects for high-profile commercial environments.

Key Duties:

- Preparing signage components through sanding, degreasing and masking
- Mixing and applying paints including primers and topcoats using spray guns
- Spraying onto various surfaces such as aluminium, plastics and acrylics
- Ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish throughout the process
- Inspecting finished work for defects or inconsistencies and correcting where necessary
- Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment and work areas
- Always adhering to health and safety standards

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

- Previous experience in wet paint spraying, ideally within signage or manufacturing
- Skilled in surface preparation and masking techniques
- Confident using spray guns and working with different paint types and materials
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing a professional finish
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team
- A reliable and motivated work ethic
