ERP Change, Communications andamp; Training Lead£70,000 - £85,000 + bonus and comprehensive benefitsHybrid/Leicestershire/1-2 days a week in the officeFull Time/PermanentThe Role:I am looking for an experienced ERP Change, Communications andamp; Training Lead to join a large global brand head quartered in the Midlands.As the ERP Change, Communications andamp; Training Lead you''ll lead the people side of a major business transformation, delivering the change strategy for the implementation of a new order-to-dispatch system across the organisation. This is a high-profile opportunity to influence senior leaders, engage frontline teams, and ensure lasting adoption across multiple sites and business functions.I am looking for someone who combines strong leadership skills with practical transformation experience and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.This is a hybrid role requiring 1-2 days a week on average in the Leicestershire office.Key Responsibilities:Developing and delivering the overall change strategy, roadmap and success measuresLeading and inspiring a multidisciplinary Change Management teamDriving stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and resistance management strategiesOverseeing programme communications through dedicated communications specialistsEnsuring effective training design, delivery and adoption through the training functionEstablishing business readiness frameworks and providing go/no-go recommendations to programme governanceMonitoring ..... full job details .....
