Head Chef - Pan Asian Cuisine

This beautiful high-end restaurant are currently looking for a Pan Asian specialist to come in and run the kitchen.With up to 100 covers, no lunch service and open for seven dinner services per week. All chefs get two days off and work no more than 45 hours per week.As Head Chef you will be responsible for menu creation (changes twice a year) and the consistency of food delivery for every service. You''ll manage and develop a team of 10/11. Plus, maintain a targeted food and wage cost. You must be very hands-on and lead from the front plus happy to take part in ongoing marketing campaigns.For this Head Chef role you must have run at least one quality focused Pan Asian kitchen. With a strong repertoire in this area. You must also have a strong track record of costing and maintaining targets.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a newly established business and take it to the next level.
