The Firm
A highly regarded international law firm with an outstanding reputation for advising on complex domestic and cross-border transactions is seeking a Legal PA to join its Banking and Finance team. The firm is recognised for its collaborative culture, commitment to excellence and investment in its people, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to support high-performing lawyers in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
The Opportunity
The successful Legal PA will provide first-class secretarial and administrative support to an allocation of lawyers within the Banking & Loan Finance team. Duties include:
- Managing complex diaries, arranging meetings, conference calls and client lunches
- Organising UK and international travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries
- Producing and amending complex legal documents, correspondence and presentations
- Audio dictation and document comparisons
- Opening new matters, maintaining electronic filing systems and archiving files
- Supporting the client billing process using 3E, including preparing bills and managing expenses
This Legal PA position is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm. The firm offers hybrid working, with a 60% office and 40% home working pattern.
Requirements
- At least 4 year''s Previous Legal PA experience within a Corporate, Banking or Finance team in a law firm (essential)
- Strong client billing experience, ideally using 3E
