Are you experienced in working with and managing Zellis ResourceLink with expert knowledge of its functionality, including self-service, leave management, workflows and user security profiles? This is an exciting opportunity, reporting into the Head of People Services, to lead the Systems and MI team to deliver pro-active end user-focused service to internal stakeholders and the business. You will lead the team, managing improvement to people systems, providing analytics, implementing improvements and efficiencies. This People Systems and MI Manager role can be based in a number of locations in either Mid Kent, Greater or Central London. Hybrid Working (min 2 days in the office) and some travel to other sites As a People Systems and MI Manager, you will be involved in: Supporting a project to transition from on-premise ResourceLink to their HCM Cloud product, improving and maximising functionality to deliver enhanced business processes and efficiencies Leading on ensuring our People Systems (core HR system is Zellis ResourceLink) are fit for purpose, integrate with other systems and are used to optimal capacity with maximum benefit across the team and organisation, supporting high quality management information, reporting, efficient processes and workflows.
