The Role As a Graduate Support Assistant, you will work closely with pupils who have:Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsAutism Spectrum Condition (ASC)ADHD and associated behavioural needsVulnerable or disadvantaged backgroundsEmotional regulation and communication difficultiesYou will provide both 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils access learning, develop positive relationships, improve emotional wellbeing, and achieve their full potential.
