The Role - Facilities Team Leader         

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to step into a Team lead position within a modern manufacturing facility in Tewkesbury.

This hands-on leadership role ensures the seamless execution of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), low-level building maintenance, and small works projects.

You''ll ideally have good background in HVAC and contractor management and take a people first approach that can translate into strong leadership expertise to manage a small team of Technicians.

Duties - Facilities Team Leader             

• Lead and coordinate the facilities maintenance team.
• Ensure timely execution of PPM activities.
• Manage compliance with HSE and statutory regulations
• Oversee rapid response to breakdowns
• Support energy efficiency initiatives and infrastructure upgrades
• Keep accurate maintenance logs and records for audit
• Rotate schedule availability to support shift workers across three 8-hour shifts, where applicable
• Leadership of a small team of Technicians.

Background - Facilities Team Leader

• Evidenced experience in facilities or building maintenance
• Team leadership and mentoring ability
• HVAC experience
• Full UK driving licence
