Compliance Manager Overview: Reporting into senior leadership, you''ll be responsible for supervising and guiding compliance activity across the site, leading higher-level system audits, and ensuring non-conformances and audit findings are effectively managed through to closure. The role is audit-heavy and people-facing, requiring strong engagement with operators, team leaders, and senior management. Compliance Manager responsibilities include: Closing out compliance issues and ensuring corrective actions are completed effectively. Supervising and guiding staff on compliance, procedures, and best practice. Reviewing, improving, and maintaining work instructions and SOPs.
