Key ResponsibilitiesProvide operational leadership across two domiciliary care branches.Drive sustainable business growth through networking, relationship building and commercial development.Support recruitment, retention and development of office and care teams.Ensure outstanding compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards.Monitor budgets, financial performance and branch profitability.Work closely with senior leadership to deliver business objectives.Promote a positive culture focused on exceptional client care and employee engagement.Identify opportunities to increase private care hours and expand the client base.
