Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Wolverhampton.
We are seeking an experienced administrator/scheduling assistant - to join our client on a temporary to permanent basis.
As a technical administrator/scheduling assistant, you will be required to:
- Handle incoming customer enquires by phone and emails.
- Efficiently coordinate engineers - booking future jobs, paying close attention to the most efficient routes.
- Providing quotations to customers.
- Identify key information through the initial investigation process with customers.
- Update and maintain in house CRM system.
- Regular use of Microsoft packages.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Hours of work: 10:00am - 4:30pm (Monday - Friday)
Pay rate: £12.21ph
