Our Client are expanding of their trades team and are currently recruiting for experienced Maintenance operatives - Damp and Mould to join their Property Team covering the Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole areas. Role could suit a General Builder, Painter, Decorator, Plasterer etc. who has experience of damp and mould issuesWhat you''ll do:As a specialist you''ll carry out all forms of general building repairs and maintenance with a focus on damp and mould remediations across Tenants homes as part of the Damp and Mould Team.Forensic surveying of damp and mould issuesMould washing, stain block and thermal paintingInstalling air bricksInstalling ventsLowering ground levelInstalling French drainsInstalling/renewing loft insulationIvy removalRepointingRender patch repairSoffit/facia and guttering/downpipe renewalFoam and retrim doors and windowsInvestigating lack of cavity wall insulationWhat you''ll need:Ideally, you''ll have a minimum of NVQ level 2 or equivalent in a Building trade OR have proven experience working in the trade.You will have experience of working in both occupied and empty premises and be able to demonstrate good customer service skills.
