Shift Leader - Critical Environments London 60,000A Shift Leader opportunity is available at a major client site in London, paying up to 60,000, working a 12-hour shift pattern covering nights and days.This is a hands-on operational role, working within a wider workspace/engineering team to deliver a resilient service across a critical environment. HV authorisation isn''t essential, strong LV engineers with the right background are encouraged to apply.Key responsibilities:Operating all building systems competently and efficiently, including HV operations where requiredComplying with contract requirements and meeting/exceeding KPIs and SLAsCarrying out regular plant inspections, works inspections and auditsMonitoring and operating BAS/BMS including HVAC, lighting, security, fire alarm and energy management systemsResponding to system alerts and alarms diagnosing, resolving or escalating as neededPerforming routine inspections and preventative maintenance on smart building tech and equipmentTroubleshooting IoT devices, sensors, controllers and network connectivity issuesExecuting programming changes to building systems as directedMonitoring energy usage and implementing efficiency measuresDocumenting maintenance activity and technical issues via digital CMMSCoordinating vendors/contractors for specialist maintenance and repairsResponding to occupant comfort requests and technical support during shiftRequirements:City and Guilds Level 3 NVQ in electrical or mechanical ..... full job details .....
