The successful candidate will be a Chartered Architectural Technologist with over significant experience, bringing strong technical expertise and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to project delivery. You will work closely with Architects, this role will play a key part in developing and delivering high-quality technical design solutions across a range of projects.Role and ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed technical drawings and construction packagesWork across multiple project stages, supporting design and deliveryCollaborate with architects, consultants and wider project teamsEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and relevant legislationContribute to the coordination and technical resolution of projectsSupport project delivery with a practical and solutions-focused approachRequirementsChartered Architectural Technologist (CIAT) Significant experience post qualification in a UK-based practiceStrong proficiency in AutoCAD and RevitExperience with Photoshop and SketchUp or similar 3D/rendering toolsPrevious experience within a UK architectural practice preferredSolid understanding of UK Building Regulations, British Standards and statutory requirementsDemonstrable technical design ability and strong attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal ..... full job details .....
