This role is crucial as we continue to invest in our factory, technology, and people. You will be instrumental in delivering the next generation of site improvements and capital investment projects within our highly automated manufacturing environment.Day-to-day of the role:Project Delivery: Manage capital investment projects from concept through to installation, commissioning, and handover.Engineering and Technical Excellence: Deliver engineering solutions that enhance reliability, performance, and efficiency across various initiatives such as upgrading site water infrastructure, delivering energy-saving boiler improvements, and increasing manufacturing capacity.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with teams across Safety, Quality, Engineering, and Production to ensure successful project outcomes.Safety and Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant legislation, standards, and site requirements, supporting a Zero accident goal through effective safety management.Start-Up and Operational Readiness: Facilitate training, prepare comprehensive documentation, and ensure smooth project handover to operational teams.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualifications and Technical Knowledge: Engineering degree or recognised apprenticeship ..... full job details .....
