Senior Veterinary Nurse

OverviewIn the heart of North London next to the River Lea is our incredibly popular first opinion Tottenham practice, and they are looking for a Senior RVN to take the helm.
Tottenham’s popularity is rising and the team has a strong reputation for a great team dynamic and supportive environment. The role offers an opportunity to lead within the clinic and contribute to delivering exemplary patient care.
Role detailsThe role totals 40 hours per week inclusive of weekend rotation, including 1:4 branch Saturday mornings and 1:10 Sundays at Wanstead Hospital, plus 1 bank holiday per year with time back.
Caseload at Tottenham is high with a loyal client base. The practice is well located for access to central London and surrounding areas, with easy rail and road options.
Responsibilities
Play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the clinic and ensure the team are supported and the practice runs efficiently.
Provide exemplary patient care and contribute to clinical governance and service standards.
Diary management and equipment maintenance.
Support team engagement and leadership development within the practice.
Leadership and supportLeadership training will be provided to give you the best start in your new senior position.
You will be fully supported by an established trainee nursing team, as well as your regional manager whose support plays a huge part in the engagement of the North region.
Notes on clinical supportIf any patients require more complex surgeries, or OOH care, they will be referred to our flagship 24-hour hospital in Wanstead.
What we offerSalary:
£34,000 to £39,000
depending on prior experience and room for growth within the role.
6.6 weeks annual leave
including bank holidays
