With bright, modern interiors and a strong sense of community, our home provides a truly supportive setting where both residents and staff can thrive.

We are currently looking for a kind, reliable, and enthusiastic Care Assistant to join our day shift team and make a meaningful difference every single day.

What We Offer £12.70 per hour 35 hours per week (3 shifts one week, 4 the next) 8.00 am – 8.00 pm day shifts Paid PVG, pension scheme, free uniform, and onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on full-time) Full training, refresher courses, and genuine career progression opportunities within a respected and expanding care group Your Role As a Day Care Assistant at Ashlea Court, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with daily routines, personal care, meals, and activities.

You will build positive relationships and help create a warm, relaxed, and safe environment where every resident feels valued and respected.

Whether you are new to care or bring previous experience, you will be supported from day one with a full induction, shadowing, and development tailored to your goals.
