Due to business growth our client are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator/Lister to join their highly reputable independent Estate Agency in Brentwood, Essex.

The ideal candidate will stand out from the competition and will be a key player in the company''s continued growth within the local area.

They are looking for a smart and confident individual who is currently working in Estate Agency and who has experience as a Valuer/Lister. You will need to be proactive and self-motived to generate new business, be client focussed to deliver exceptional customer service.-

Duties to include, but not limited:

-Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
-Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring clients receive the best customer service
-Qualifying potential buyers
-Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
-Negotiate offers and agree sales-
-Create and design property marketing details
-Maintain all records to a high standard and in line with all necessary legislation

Skills and qualities of a suitable candidate:

-Valuation/Listing experience in estate agency
-Hard working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals
-Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
-Polite and well spoken
-Have truly exceptional customer service skills
-Strong communication skills both verbally and written
-Full driving licence and own car

Salary: 25/30k depending on experience and offering an- OTE -55,000
