Delivery Manager - Edinburgh St. James (N95440) at Next.Shifts

37.50 hours per week; Mon 07:00 - 15:00; Wed 07:00 - 15:00; Thu 07:00 - 15:00; Fri 07:00 - 15:00; Sat 06:30 - 14:30.Responsibilities

Manage a team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation in a commercial, operationally efficient, safe environment where performance targets are achievedDemonstrate a hands-on approach for all operational activities by working alongside the team, supporting the sales floors and store management when neededCreate an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you doEnsure smooth running of the stockroom processes by continuously improving, identifying and solving problems – driving the highest stockroom and stock processing standardsAlways strive to ensure our stock is presented to customers as soon as possibleIn accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.This role is not typically sponsored under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office requirements on skills level.
