Carrying out disrepair works in occupied domestic propertiesPlumbing: repair and replacement of baths, sinks, toilets, water tanks, wash basins and pipeworkCarpentry: fitting fire doors, internal doors, kitchen units, worktops, skirting, architraves, timber joist and stud work repairs, sash cords, casement window repairs, hinge and handle renewals, and sealed unit replacements (timber and UPVC)Plastering: patch repairs, bond and set, plasterboarding, minor finishing and renderingWall and floor tiling worksUsing a PDA for job allocations and updatesDelivering excellent customer service to residents with a right-first-time attitudeBenefits for Disrepair Multi Trader
