This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of HandS in a business that s scaling rapidly and values common-sense, practical solutions.What You ll Be Doing:Own and implement a robust Health and Safety Management System, conducting gap analysis and driving improvements.Ensure compliance with key regulations including COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, and DSEAR.Lead fire and risk assessments, manage audits (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001), and support waste handling strategies.Engage with stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and facilities to embed a safety-first culture.Deliver training, mentor teams, and support change management initiatives.Strategically zoom out to plan and zoom in to deliver balancing vision with hands-on execution.What We re Looking For:A qualified Health and Safety Manager (NEBOSH General Certificate with Fire essential; Diploma desirable).Experience in manufacturing environments ideally with exposure to blending vessels, chemicals, and logistics.Strong auditing experience and familiarity with ISO standards.A confident communicator who can influence at all levels and ..... full job details .....
