Shorterm Group is currently recruiting experienced CNC Turners and CNC Millers on behalf of a well-established precision manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Bristol.These are hands-on roles involving setting, operating, and online programming CNC machines in a high-precision environment. Online programming experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidates.The roles will involve:- Setting and operating CNC turning or milling machines- Online programming (Fanuc controls)- Multi-axis / twin-spindle machines (Turners)- Reading engineering drawings and working to tight tolerances- Tool changes, offsets, and basic fault findingShifts - Double Days:- Morning: 6:00am-2:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 6:00am-11:00am (Fri)- Afternoon: 2:00pm-10:00pm (Mon-Thurs), 11:00am-4:00pm (Fri)Pay:- £16.00 per hour + 25% shift allowance- £17.00 per hour + 25% shift allowance for candidates confident in online programmingExperience with Citizen Miyano machines is advantageous for Turners but not essential.To apply or for more information, please contact Max Fairclough at Shorterm Group. ..... full job details .....
