Bright Selection is a delighted to be recruiting an experienced Home Manager to lead a large dementia specialist care home in Hampshire.

The home is well staffed and highly regarded in the area achieving Good CQC outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a visible leader with strong operational expertise. Supported by a large and highly skilled and dedication staff team the incoming manager will inherit a stable foundation from which to continue driving quality and positive outcomes for people living with dementia and other neurological conditions.

• Proven experience managing large, complex care services
• Strong leadership, presence, and visibility within a service
• Excellent operational and commercial skills
• Open to applications from both clinical and non-clinical managers
• A passion for person-centred care and the ability to inspire teams

• Salary up to -100kpa + excellent benefits
• 33 days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays)
• Strong support from an experienced senior executive team
• The chance to make a significant impact in the lives of older people with complex needs
