Key Responsibilities:
 

- Set up and adjust punch presses according to specifications and production requirements.
- Perform tool changes and adjustments efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Conduct first-off inspections and quality checks.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot any issues.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with company procedures.
- Work closely with the production team to meet targets and deadlines.

 
Skills:
 

- Previous experience as a Punch Press Setter (mechanical or hydraulic presses preferred).
- Strong understanding of press tooling and materials.
- Ability to read technical drawings and work to specifications.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude towards health and safety.
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime if required.
