Online Brand Manager - Consumer Products Division at L''Oréal. We are seeking a digitally savvy, data-driven strategist with a passion for beauty and a proven track record in e-commerce to lead our online growth strategy from ideation to execution. This role requires cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment and a focus on delivering measurable online performance.Responsibilities
Go-To-Market-Strategy: Own and define the online category and brand growth strategy by identifying where to play (key retailers), what to prioritize (hero products and assortment), when to activate (key retail moments calendar) and how to win (activation strategies and tactics).End-to-End Execution: Orchestrate flawless execution of all online activation plans, lead impactful new product launches online, maximize retailer moments by collaborating with internal teams, deliver hero product selections and optimized assortment strategies, and secure resources and budgets to support strategies.Performance Management: Monitor and analyze performance data, benchmark against competition, and provide actionable insights on initiatives including new product launches, retailer moments, and hero product and assortment performance.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Retail Media (+Events), Marketing, and Commercial teams to align paid media and on-site investments with activation moments, hero product strategies, and launches.Content Optimisation: Develop best-in-class PDP content, establish a content roadmap to improve KPIs, brief and approve assets for retailer activations, and monitor PDP health to inform ongoing optimization.Qualifications
Digitally Adept: 4+ years in digital marketing, e-commerce, and related online core competencies. Eager to grow in a challenging environment alongside high-calibre colleagues.Strategic and Analytical: Highly analytical and strategic thinker with a passion for driving online growth in the beauty industry and a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics.Data-Driven: Able to extract actionable insights and adapt strategies to maximize impact.Experience and Results-Oriented: Proven success in go-to-market strategies, performance management, and content optimization to achieve growth targets; experience with online product launches and beauty landscape knowledge.Communicative and Collaborative: Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills; effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.Proactive and Innovative: Owns initiatives, drives results, and seeks opportunities to enhance online presence in a dynamic marketplace.What We Offer
