We are seeking an experienced 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing Operational Support team in Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an Infrastructure Engineer who is passionate about technology, interested in emerging trends, and has a strong background in infrastructure support and deployment. The role offers a varied mix of operational support and project-based activity, providing exposure to a broad range of infrastructure technologies. You will work both remotely and on-site, engaging directly with customers and colleagues to deliver effective technical solutions. The Role As a 2nd Line Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a diverse infrastructure environment, while contributing to project delivery and continuous service improvement.
