Your role will focus on creating calm, structured, and inclusive environments that encourage positive behaviour, engagement with learning tasks, and strong relationship-building within the classroom.As a Behaviour and Inclusion Specialist you will typically support small classes of 6-8 pupils and may also provide dedicated 1:1 support when required.
